Recognition of Service Excellence. This programs strives to recognize front line employees that have gone the extra step in their service to customers. Nominations can be made by virtually anyone, from the employee's supervisor to the general public by filling out a nomination form (Click Here) and faxing to 620-421-6501. Nominations will be taken by the Tourism Bureau from now through the month of April. All nominated employees will receive recognition awards and five individuals will be selected to receive the top R.O.S.E. award for 2009.
