Jessica bringing a wealth of expertise in human resources and a deep-rooted commitment to community well-being. With an MBA specializing in Human Resource Development from Pittsburg State University and SHRM-SCP certification, she possesses a strong foundation in strategic management and organizational development.

As a passionate advocate for collaboration and mutual support, Jessica sees her role on the Chamber board as a vital opportunity to contribute to Parsons' growth and prosperity. Her desire to see the community thrive and ensure sustainability for future generations is evident, driving their dedication to supporting local industries, including healthcare, education, manufacturing, and small businesses.

When not championing community initiatives, Jessica can be found enjoying the outdoors with her family, husband Mark and their 8 year old boy/girl twins. They frequent places like Big Hill Lake and are always eagerly anticipating the next beach vacation.
