meet the chamber board: Crystal Packard

Crystal Packard is the Executive Director at Parsons Presbyterian Manor and a valued member of the Parsons Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Crystal has been a licensed nursing home administrator since 2007 and brings years of leadership, compassion, and experience to both her profession and the Chamber. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University and a Master’s in Social Work from Saint Louis University.

Crystal has been married to her husband, Scott, for 13 years. Together, they have three children—Cris, Katie, and Victoria—and two grandsons, Miles and Kolson, who keep life full of joy!

Her passion for the community shines through in everything she does. As a Chamber Board Member, Crystal is dedicated to supporting efforts that help Parsons grow and thrive. She believes in promoting activities and opportunities that make people proud to call Parsons home.

Outside of work, Crystal loves reading, boating, swimming, and soaking up the sunshine. She’s happiest outdoors and loves spending time with her animals.
