Meet the Chamber Board: JR Keene

Introducing JR Keene, a dynamic addition to the Parsons Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. As the Owner/operator of Outsider's Tacos, a food truck and catering service, JR brings a wealth of experience in entrepreneurship and community engagement. With certifications as a Law Enforcement Officer and Corrections Officer, his commitment to service and safety is evident.

Married to Jessica for 14 years and a father of five, JR is deeply rooted in family values and community building. He believes in the power of taking action to enhance the community, stating, "If you want cool things to happen in your town, then you have to do cool things."

Beyond his passion for tacos, JR enjoys tinkering with old cars and mastering metal fabrication. His involvement in the Point of Pride committee and service on the Foundation and Alumni Board for LCC showcase his dedication to local initiatives. As JR joins the Chamber of Commerce, his diverse background and unwavering dedication to community growth will undoubtedly make a significant impact.
